We were excited to try out our new brunch concept with friends and family December 6 with great success! The menu included the famous Bloody Mary skewers from the Saint Hotel, fresh fruit skewers sourced from the Key West Farmers Market, lobster quiche made from a Louie's Backyard recipe, salad on a skewer with a balsamic drizzle, Glazed donut holes (on a skewer, of course) and topped off with a ripe strawberry filled with New England salted chocolate. Guests enjoyed the Saint's Bloody Mary's, bottomless mimosas & bellinis, premium wine, craft beers and Red Buoy Eaton Street coffee with their leisurely paced meal.

Wednesday, Jan 24th, Argo Navis was able to share a classically sensational sorbet streaked sunset with her guests! We had a wonderful time enjoying the beauty of Key West from the water!
Hindu Charters seeks a sales attendant/interior steward for the 75' luxury catamaran SV Argo Navis docked at the Historic Seaport. This is an independent contractor position 4 to 5 days per week, flexible hours, working on the dock selling trips, answering the phone and booking reservations. Person will occasionally work onboard in the galley/bar during full trips for sunset, brunch and private charters, when needed.
Some boating/sailing experience helpful but not necessary. Successful candidate will be outgoing, social, high energy, dedicated to the highest level of guest services and will become an integral part of our team. Pay is a mix of hourly, commission and gratuities. Will be required to join the Key West Consortium and pass random drug testing.

Yesterday, March 11th, Argo Navis enjoyed a beautiful sunset with her guests! Celebrating a birthday and sailing with new friends! We even got a photo of Argo Navis from our friends over on Blu Q! Join us in all the fun! And Sail As You Are!
We'll be standing by watching this historic build. Many people are unaware the Argo is the last vessel built in Key West (Stock Island actually) and its original intent was trips to Cuba following in Papa Hemingway's footsteps.

We're looking forward to laying eyes on the reimagined Pilar, Ernest Hemingway's beloved Wheeler. This new vessel was constructed under the watchful eye of Wes Wheeler, whose grandfather built Papa's boat. The modern yacht offers a pair of 370-hp Yanmar diesels, capable of pushing the boat along at 34-plus knots (a much faster clip that her original 13-knot cruise). Designed by Bill Prince, the boat is meticulously constructed to conform to the look of the original, but with all of the ammenities of today. Tuesday March 16 was spectacular with some fun families and great guests. The azur waters of Key West are so amazingly beautiful. Looking forward to showing it to you!
Monday’s are perfect days for sailing and the Ides of March a day for celebrating and rejoicing! Our great guests enjoyed a lovely sail and nice colors while enjoying premium wines, craft beers and seven rounds of charcuterie style passed appetizers.
