Before you list your home or after you've closed, there will be a time when you want or need to make some kind of home improvement or repairs or have inspections completed.
The challenge has always been:
*️⃣ Who can I trust?
*️⃣ Will it be quality work?
*️⃣ Will I get my money's worth?
*️⃣ Are they reliable? etc.
Unfortunately, sometimes the answers are learned the hard way. 😟
I always get asked for recommendations. Ranging from a "cosmetic touch up" - to a full-blown renovation after the buy.
As a full-time agent, who also owns rental properties AND flips and rehabs homes (century homes are my fave!), I’ve danced many songs in real estate here.

Some of them span generations by now and you don't get there by NOT providing quality work and service.
There's a different level of accountability when your family name is on the sign!
