Master Bathroom remodel. Our clients kept their vanity, countertop, mirror, tub and tub surround for their bathroom. They just wanted a little extra to match their personality, not the builder grade items that came with the house. We sent them to ProSource South and they picked out tile for their flooring and their shower. The shower tile goes all the way to the very tall ceiling and they picked out the pattern! We built a knee wall that houses a niche and a bench. New oil rubbed bronze fixtures, glass shower door and panel finish the shower/toilet room. The tub was updated with picture molding and painted a solid color. New tub and sink fixtures, and lights finish out their update. Now the bathroom is as peaceful as the owners!
Awesome kitchen remodel. Armour Construction & Management, Inc September 13 at 2:54 PM · Our clients came in wanting to match their current cabinets. Once we presented an updated open plan kitchen with new cabinets, they were in love! We ended up expanding the doorway to their dining room to make the space open for their busy family. They picked out new Shaker White cabinets, granite countertops, new appliances and a glass tile backsplash. The owner specialized her kitchen with a farmhouse sink, cool LVP flooring and a very nice island pendant. The new kitchen colors are very comfortable and gentle. What a great place to spend time in!

Master Bathroom Remodel! Our clients wanted to keep the same layout. We replaced their vanity and countertop. They wanted more storage so we added a cabinet on their countertop. New lights and mirrors finish off the vanity area. We took out the top of the wall separating the shower and tub and made it a half wall with a glass panel to allow more light into the shower. The half wall was then extended so the shower could be bigger. In the shower, on the half wall, we added a couple niches. The tile continues around the owners current tub. New tile everywhere and the shower door make this makeover very stylish!
We just finished this kitchen/mudroom/deck remodel. The owners have a beautiful older house and the kitchen was not up to their lifestyle. They wanted to expand the kitchen and add on a mudroom for when they come in from the Indiana weather. By expanding their kitchen, they added a deck off their office on the second floor. It's a great space to sit outside and watch the fireworks! We gutted the entire kitchen so everything is new but still looks like it was original to the house. The tile accent at the bar area is perfectly matched with the island navy color! This kitchen is light and bright and functional! Thanks for letting us be apart of your remodel!
This is a true master suite! We re-arranged the space to accommodate a laundry, luxurious master bath and walk in closet in what was the closet, dated master bath and sitting room. The laundry moved from just outside the entrance to the garage to the master bedroom suite. We added the window to get light while doing the task of laundry. A new sink and lots of storage was designed. There is a folding countertop with 4 laundry basket storage areas under it. The master bedroom had a sitting room off to the side. We suggested it turn into a closet and the owners went to The Container Store to design what was needed in that room. Now they can see everything they have. The master bathroom space was not functional. We took out the walls separating the tub from the rest of the bathroom. New double vanities and tops were installed. A free standing tub took the place of the built in tub and a bigger shower was installed with a bench at the back and a niche for shampoos and such. The toilet is in it's own private room now. What a transformation this has made for the owners! Thank you for letting us help you with your dream!
Zero depth shower for a new master bath remodel. Our clients wanted to remove their corner tub and add a large walk in shower. We did remove the tub, shower and vanity. We enlarged their shower with a couple niches, zero depth floor and a glass shower panel. New tile floor, vanity and quartz countertops complete the look. The client chose new mirrors and vanity lights that we installed also. They love their new master bath!
Another Master Bathroom remodel! Our client wanted to keep the same layout and the vanity cabinets. The cabinets were painted to an updated color. The bathtub was taken out and a shower was installed. The white wavy tile was the inspiration for the shower! A boarder was added and backs the large shower niche. Custom sliding shower doors with brushed nickel finish complete the shower. The light above the vanity and mirror were installed. New quartz countertop and faucet complete the painted vanity and the floor was updated and the walls painted. Everything is fresh and new and just what the client wanted!
Luxury! This bathroom could be in an elegant hotel. Our clients wanted a large walk in shower with a bench seat and zero depth entry. The zero depth entry is great for safety. We removed the toilet in the corner and built a new shower space in it's place. The toilet is now in it's own private room where the shower used to be. We took out the dated corner built in tub and replaced it with a new free standing soaker tub. The vanities were custom made with open shelves for storing towels or baskets. Our clients wanted the countertop to have more of a design statement, so they decided on a waterfall edge. New mirrors, lights and paint finish the serene palette. All our clients need is relaxing music to complete the mood.
Armour Construction & Management, Inc November 13 at 12:37 PM · While we remodeled the bathroom in our clients house, we were busy remodeling the kitchen also! The layout was changed and a pass through was created for better use of space. Before we opened up the wall, the kitchen was cut off from the rest of the house. Now they can eat at their breakfast bar and look into the new kitchen! More countertop space and cabinets are just what the clients wanted. The appliances were kept but everything else from the floor to the ceiling is new! White Shaker cabinets compliment the blue walls and quartz countertops. Pendant lights were installed at the new breakfast bar. The dining room walls and trim were painted and a new light fixture was put in. The hallway light fixture is new too! The shadows are incredible!

Armour Construction & Management, Inc November 13 at 11:32 AM · Updates were needed for our client's bathroom to make it more handicap accessible. We took the walls down to the studs and the floor to the joists to made it safer. A wider door opening was constructed for a bigger door. A vanity with storage was installed to help keep their items contained. They have a new tub and the surround was retiled with clean white subway tile and white grout. New grab bars were added for safety. A wall niche was also built for shower products so no bending over is necessary. Additional towel bars and a recessed medicine cabinet enhance the bathroom. New electrical and plumbing was also done so everything is up to code. And we love that they kept the full length arched mirror!

Armour Construction & Management, Inc November 6 at 12:26 PM · After the wedding of their daughter, our clients were ready for an update. They had segregated dining room, kitchen and family room. They wanted to open up the space so they could not feel so cramped. We opened up the wall to the dining room and family room to the same size. We took a corner out of their front living room and added it to their kitchen. We also removed the drop ceiling in their kitchen to add new lighting. The dining room was updated with picture frame molding and paint. The family room was updated by white washing the fireplace and adding a feature wall behind their tv. In the kitchen, they have a soft alabaster paint on their island and a masculine stain on the perimeter. In and under cabinet lighting can be used as accent or utilitarian lights. New flooring, paint, countertops and backsplash tile finish this space. We love how it turned out!

This popular master bathroom layout has many options. For this client, they wanted a larger shower and an updated look but didn't want to change everything. They picked out new flooring and shower tile that match, but used a different lay pattern for each area. We left the ledge area in between the tub and shower, but repurposed it as a bench for the shower. With making the shower deeper and repurposing this area, the shower is now more spacious. Two niches were built for additional storage and the shower tile was carried around the tub area to tie everything together. On the back shower wall, the leaf patterned tile is definitely the focal point! A frameless glass shower surround was installed with a swing door. New paint for the tub front and vanities and adding hardware are just a couple projects that can be done to change the look of any bathroom. Now this master bathroom does not look cookie cutter anymore. It has personality!
Armour Construction & Management, Inc January 8 at 2:57 PM · A new bathroom for everyone! Our client shares the bathroom with the family and it didn't have the personality this fun family needed. To spice up the bathroom, we expanded the shower and added grab bars for safety and a very large niche for all the family's products. The built in tub was removed and a brand new soaker tub was installed. A new navy vanity was installed with mirrors to match. Special touches like towel hooks for everyone opposite the vanity and a makeup mirror make this the perfect place for everyone to share. The white tile and black grout keeps everything classic and crisp while the LVP floor is easy to clean up. There is no doubt this family will be ready to go every morning!
