Today Armstrong & Lee LLP attorneys Scott Armstrong and C.J. Baker along with co-counsel Vivian Phan filed suit in Harris County against Argos USA, the owner of Ready Mix Concrete. Our client was seriously injured when an Argos concrete truck rear-ended his vehicle and ran him off the road last month. Argos is known for their bright green concrete trucks. The lawsuit alleges Argos used unfit drivers and didn’t properly train them to drive such large trucks safely. We will not stop until Argos is held accountable for the injuries that our client has suffered.
Our client was severely injured in a car accident when one of her new tires delaminated and catastrophically failed. We are proud to represent her with our co-counsel Nomaan Husain.

Ltd.; and Linglong North America on behalf of our client who was horrifically injured when her brand new tire delaminated.
