Dr. Bierman began his practice in Lansdale in 1968. He specializes in treating children and adults with reading problems. Bierman graduated with honors from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1968. He served as faculty from 1968 to 1979, first as a Clinical Instructor, and then as an Assistant Professor, teaching courses in case analysis and clinical optometry. Dr. Bierman also served as a visual consultant to Montgomery County Intermediate Unit's Pre-school screening program for physically handicapped children from 1976 to 1987.
