Our situation update:
6 of our staff members in contact have all been tested negative for Covid-19 including myself, which is great news thus far! We are waiting on more testing and results this week and will keep this page updated! ServPro is scheduled for 9am Wednesday to sweep through The Tavern and do their thing. Knowledge is key..
This following email was sent to all Aroma Tavern & Grill employees. These decisions were made by Owners and Managers of the company. It is in regret to inform that we will be closed for a time period to have professional cleaning of the establishment and to make proper protocol decisions to insure the safety of our Staff, Families and Patrons! Our doors will not re-opened until all safety standards are met! We have been part of this community for 9 years and have always and will always look to provide great food, service and safety to this community! Thank you for your understanding of this matter in these hard pandemic times!
To all Team members of the Aroma Tavern and Grill Staff:
It has been brought up to my attention that we have an employee with a positive corona-virus test results. It is in Aroma Tavern and Grill's responsibility and best interests to inform all staff of any positive Covid-19 cases in our facilities. This employee's last days worked were Thursday and Friday last week. Said employee has been self quarantined and will not be returning to work for two weeks after a negative Covid-19 test is completed.
We are still continuing to gather the most accurate information as we can at this point. We will continue to ensure that all safety and sanitation standards are kept in our establishment and I will continue to inform all employees of any new information.
Although not mandated, I have decided to shut day ALL operations on this day of Tuesday October 27, 2020 until further notice! I have scheduled with ServPro to come in the morning of tomorrow, Wednesday the 28th to perform their corona-virus cleaning, sanitation and fogging operations. In addition, I am mandating that all employees that have worked since Thursday 10/22/20 be tested for Covid-19 BEFORE returning to work. Please do this testing at your earliest convenience and I thank you as we are looking to get back up and running as soon as possible!
This has been a tough decision, but I feel it is best. We will take all proper avenues to ensure the safety of our staff and our patrons! Please message me personally if you have any questions or concerns in regards to this matter.

This evening's specials and a reminder that we are now fulling back in action! All tests are back negative and all protocols accomplished! Come visit, "good friends...good food...great times..."
We will be open at 4pm today for take-out dining and lounge seating service only as we are short on staffing thus far. All staff members working have a negative Covid-19 test results and have zero sick symptoms. We are continuing with staff testing and waiting on more results. Out of 9 staff tested already, all 9 have come back with a negative Covid-19 results and there has never been any signs of negative symptoms. The positive team member continues be self quarantined with lighten symptoms and we have found out that their spouse and children have also tested negative for Covid-19, which is great news!
We thank Jeff Cohen of One Stop Disinfecting Service and his crew for performing an excellent and thorough professional job of disinfecting, sanitizing and microbial fogging the entire establishment and will be continuing to do so routinely.
We will continue to serve great food, drinks and hospitality service with the utmost responsibility of keeping our staff, families and patrons safe as possible! We hope to see you soon.
