❇️Level 3 is a beginners level of competitive rhythmic gymnastics in the USA 🇺🇸
❇️Our level 3 competitive program for 2020-2021 includes:
-Work on skill development
-Work on flexibility
-Work on coordination
-Work on balance
-Work on musicality and Rhythm
-Work on confidence
-Work on concentration
-Work on discipline
-Ballet basics
-Acrobatics basics
-Apparatus basics ( USA Gymnastics program @usagymrg 2021 requires level 3 gymnasts to compete with 2 routines: floor and ball)
-Competitive and performance experience
❇️The gymnasts must turn 6 years old on December 31 of the year when she competes in order to take part in a USA competition.
❇️During the competition age division groupings are used in determining the awards:
Child A : 6 years old
Child B: 7-8 years old
Child C: 9-10 years old
Junior A: 11-12 years old
Junior B: 13-15 years old
Senior: 16 and older
