Post-op instructions after having root canal therapy while awaiting the permanent restoration is to avoid eating hard foods to prevent the tooth from fracturing ☠️. Patient thought popcorn was innocent and an acceptable soft diet, however, unbeknownst to her an un-popped🍿kernel was lurking within 😫!!! Lesson 👉🏼 🍿 is not considered a soft diet 🥴
