Ask Erik Computer Services, a business in the Seal Beach community for over 10 years with numerous awards and accolades, is refining its service offerings to better meet the needs of its customers. Founder Erik Dreyer-Goldman served as President of the Chamber of Commerce and is a founding board member of the Seal Beach Police Foundation. Ask Erik Computer Services was repair voted “Best Computer Repair Company” for four consecutive years.
The company is enhancing the services it provides and focusing on small to medium sized businesses, offering both remote and on-site support. Ask Erik Computer Service will focus its core strengths by offering local business throughout Orange County and up into Los Angeles County. Services include Proactive Monitoring of Windows Servers and Workstations, Proactive Maintenance, Patch Management, Managed Antivirus, Managed Online Backups, Web Protection, Data Recovery, Virus Removal and Remote Support.
The change stemmed from increased interest from companies that need work on larger projects and requests for additional services.
When asked about the upcoming change and the impact he thinks it will have, Dreyer-Goldman replied, “Small and medium-sized businesses typically don’t have an in-house IT department and often lose time, data and money due to the lack of proper support, education and help. Our goal is to meet that need and provide businesses with affordable alternatives and becoming a trusted business partner offering a savings of time, money and stress but most importantly by outsourcing their IT issues, allowing them to focus on their business.”
Ask Erik Computer Services provides service throughout Seal Beach, Huntington Beach, Long Beach, Signal Hill and various other parts of LA and Orange County. Clients outside the service area will have access to remote support.
“I’m excited about expanding the business to better meet the business needs of companies that have grown from start-ups in a garage to mid-sized companies, but at the same time it’s emotional knowing I won’t have a physical office presence on Main Street in Seal Beach. I’ll definitely miss friends, business owners and neighbors popping in,” shared Dreyer-Goldman, “however, I’m not going anywhere – I’m a Seal Beach resident and will continue to be in the area servicing local businesses and will continue to shop locally.”
