Back by popular demand ! We are resuming Saturday morning appointments on a limited basis, starting September 19th. Social distancing and face masks still required...
We are back to seeing routine patients !!
Thankfully we, our staff and our families were all left unscathed by the COVID virus.
All services are operational: cataract surgery, diabetic and glaucoma exams, refractions for new glasses/contact lenses, visual fields, OCT imaging and the optical shop. If someone has a blurry or painful eye - please do not hesitate to call.
We are asking everyone to wear masks and we have modified our schedule and our office to promote social distancing. Temperatures are being checked at the door.
We are asking patients and staff to stay at home if there are any symptoms of a respiratory virus - for example - runny nose, sore throat, cough, etc. For sick individuals who are suffering an eye emergency - we will need advance notice of a few hours in order to provide care in an isolated environment.
In accordance with national and state guidelines - we are only open for emergency patients - those with sudden changes in their vision, loss of vision, or red, painful eyes. It appears that things may get back to more normal at the beginning of May. We can always be reached 24/7 by calling our regular office phone number (815) 741-3220. Stay safe everyone! Health and happiness to all.
