Hello again! Beginning June 22nd, our office is officially fully open for our current patients and regular scheduled appointments. So far, we've had a "soft opening" in efforts to tweak everything that we learned in our training for COVID-19 and new protocols regarding protection and safety of our staff and patients. We want to make sure that we can maintain a safe environment, so we would like to share with you some of the changes we've taken and that you can help us maintain a safe environment: - All of our team members have been provided with proper PPE equipment for everyday use. - We are limiting the entry of patients, non-patients, and team members into our facility. - Appointments ARE REQUIRED to enter our office. NO WALK-INS! - Temperature screening for both patients and team members before entry. - When you arrive to your appointment, please STAY IN YOUR CAR. Follow the instructions on the banners and let us know you are here! - Proper social distancing inside our office. - No guests for patients unless is absolutely necessary. - Anyone inside our office is required to wear a mask. We will continue our already established methods of sanitation, along with new guidelines given by the CDC regarding this pandemic. We want to thank you in helping us with this effort.

Dear patients, In an effort to help contain the outgoing virus COVID-19,to protect our staff and all of our patients, our office will be closed next week for non-essential appointments, starting Monday, March 23rd until further notice. However, our office will be available for Urgent Dental Care to help alleviate emergency room visits for dental emergencies for patients of record. Please contact our office at (785)843-4333 and follow the instructions given on our voicemail. We will require prior screening to help prevent unnecessary risks for our doctors and staff. Dear Patients, It's important for you to know that Associates in Dentistry - Charles L. Kincaid DDS PA has always taken the safety and well-being of our patients and staff very seriously. In the face of the Coronavirus (covid-19) global outbreak, The World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommend to follow some precautionary measures in an effort to reduce the impact of this global pandemic: - Our facility undergoes thorough cleaning daily as mandated by OSHA. We will ensure to continue our efforts to help protect our patients, staff and everyone who visits our office. - We are preparing and educating our staff to minimize the chance of exposure. - We would like to encourage our patients to consider cancelling or rescheduling their appointments to a later date if sick or ill, may have been exposed to someone who is sick or ill or you think you could be carrying the virus. - If your visit is absolutely necessary while sick or ill, please notify our office ahead of time so we can take the appropriate measures to help lower the risk for infection and transmission to our staff and other patients present. - As always, we offer hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial soap in our office. We are adding face masks to help limit the exposure. Our office will be closed for New Years! December 31st and January 1st. But not to worry, we'll be back on January 2nd. Happy New Year! Remember to floss!

It is with great sadness for us the loss of Dr. Paul Kincaid. We are very grateful for his almost 100 years of lessons, teachings and love for dental patient care.
