With over two decades of experience, Executive Manager Patrick Poulin has been ensuring that safety and quality are prioritized in each and every project. Instilling these standards and all OSHA regulations in each of his 30 expert contractors, Patrick has built a team that understands underground utility work and carries out each job with extreme caution and professionalism. The team uses construction signs, cones, and reflective vests for safety, and Patrick regularly holds in-house training sessions and safety meetings to refresh and educate about Florida and OSHA regulations. Patrick personally participates in every project, ensuring that work is properly supervised and completed.
