We are excited to offer a new tool for student success at our Kentucky Campus.
Our brand new Success Coach Michelle Jones, will now be available to help students become the best version of themselves!
With over 10 years of teaching and success/wellness coaching experience, she is the perfect fit for this exciting new role!
Her focus will be to help students with techniques to deal with the stresses of everyday life.
Students can request a 30-minute appointment through their student portal.
Each session will be individualized to the students need, but could include:
• Discovering and setting goals
• Implementing stress management techniques (Reiki,
mediation, and mindfulness)
• Learning to become more proactive and less reactive to
challenges
• Identifying emotional patterns as clues to discontinue
repetitive cycles
• Helping students to find clarity with their values and align
their actions

I am so excited for my new role as a Success Coach @atacollege
We know times are challenging and stress is at an all time high these days. Students can now schedule (free) 30 minute sessions on their student portal in order to practice self care.
Each session will be individualized, but might include
✨ implementing stress management techniques (reiki, meditation, mindfulness, yoga)
✨learning to become more proactive and less reactive to challenging situations
✨identifying emotional patterns as clues is to discontinue repetitive cycles.
We know our students are carrying a lot, and we hope these sessions give them a chance to drop what they’re carrying.

👨🎓Saturday, February 27th, 2021, I will complete a Master of Science degree in Educational and Instructional Technology.
It has been an exhausting and long journey but I’ve gained so much knowledge and expertise...And most importantly I’ve gained some amazing friends. (Anyone from our cohort that I’ve missed please tag). 🤗😘🥰
