Today is a historic day for the United States and a memorable one for our office.
When we started our office in 2019, little did we know that a virus was heading our way to change our lives for good. As you may all agree, the virus has given us several important lessons that we will want to carry forward for the rest of our lives. It taught us the importance of family and gave evidence that freedom is not something to be taken granted for. The virus kept many of us behind closed doors and allowed us to respect and appreciate smaller things in life. It is clear that it was togetherness and not materialistic attributes that has helped us so far.
As a team, we moan for the tragic losses and hope God gives strength to the families who lost their loved ones.
As an office with commitment to helping the community, we never closed our doors to people looking for care during these past few months. Today, however is unprecedented, OUR TEAM-MEMBERS ARE NOW VACCINATED against this dreaded virus and we continue to March towards the post-COVID era with compassion. It’s almost time for happiness once again, together we shall conquer all difficulties and spread love no matter your caste, creed, religion, race and background. Because, we are ONE!

A story that touched our hearts..
As many of you know, besides seeing patients for routine care we see emergency patients on a regular basis. Not so long ago, a 43 year old man from Maynard, MA was seen at our office because he had a terrible toothache, we had to perform emergency root canal on him. We were busy that day and weren't able to verify his insurance benefits, so he paid his copay and we took care of his pain. We then saw him for his next appointment. By that time, we had all his insurance benefits verified and he had roughly $600 as a credit to his account. We offered to promptly refund that amount, but the gentleman from Maynard had his plans. He said, "I don't want the refund, just the way you took care of me, please take care of someone who has no insurance when he is having a toothache".
This episode influenced our team members. We would have loved to tag him but the current privacy law does not allow that. But, at least we all know there are people looking out for others in these difficult times. We wish him all the best and pray for good soul's like him. Anyone can make difference, one small deed at a time.
