Roasted Brussels Sprouts
1 package fresh Brussels sprouts - halved
1 container of white or baby bella mushrooms - sliced
1.5 medium yellow onions - sliced
2 cloves of garlic - minced
8 ounces Thick Cut Turkey Bacon - diced
2 T olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Roast in the oven at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes. Brussels sprouts should be browned and not soggy
