The day Rachel was last seen, she and her friends got dropped off at around 2:45PM, on the shore just south of the marina, closer to where she needed to meet her mother at 3pm.
She left her friends behind to begin to walk and was never seen alive again. Together we can help her family and our detectives bring #JusticeforRachelHurley
