We will be closed on Friday, July 3, 2020, in recognition of Independence Day. We will reopen Monday, July 6, 2020, normal business hours 8:30-5:00.
To Our Customers
We here at Atlantic Filter take the health and safety of our community very seriously. We are monitoring the COVID-19 developments closely and want to assure you that we are taking every step necessary to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. During these exceptional times, we are dedicated to remaining open so that we may serve all of our customers.
We have given instructions and are keeping our staff informed as to the proper procedures in dealing with this issue. We are asking for all of our employees to have limited contact with the customer, please understand that this is for your safety as well of theirs. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to call our office.
We understand that some of our customers will be without work due to the closures that are taking place. We are willing to help, you must call the office and talk with the accounting department to make arrangements for your service.
Just so you know, according to the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) as of current, “The COVID-19 virus has not been detected in drinking water. Conventional water treatment methods that use filtration and disinfection, such as those in most municipal drinking water systems, should remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19.” As for you that are on a well system there are options available for disinfection. If you have questions please call our service department are we will be happy to explain them to you.
