Don't ignore your neck pain! When performing the following stretches, maintain a straight spine, keep your torso and shoulders as still as possible, and take every movement slowly. Strive to only move your head. Hold each for 5 seconds, and complete 5 sets if possible. 1. Ear to Shoulder - Slowly let your head fall sideways, bringing your ear toward your shoulder until you feel a stretch in the opposite side of your neck. 2. Side to Side - Slowly turn your head to one side until you feel a stretch in the sides of your neck. 3. Eyes Toward the Ceiling - Slowly drop your head backward until you feel a stretch in the front of your neck If it hurts to stretch in any direction, stop the stretch. If you have any questions, call us at 214-999-1019 or email info@atlas-chiropractic.net to schedule your next appointment and we can evaluate your needs and make specific recommendations. Hi folks! As you know, Dallas still looks like this and many are still without power and water. Our building at 2811 McKinney Ave. has had many outages and we have been informed by property management that it will be closed the rest of this week for inspection and repairs. Once our building is restored to safety, we will be allowed to open for business. We still don't have access to our office computers so we are very sorry for all the automated messages going out about appointments this week. We hope to be back in the office next week. Stay safe and warm!
Our office is closed due to inclement weather until at least Thursday, Feb. 18th. We might have to close all week but we will keep you posted! If you have an appointment and are still getting reminder texts/emails, please ignore them. We are unable to access our office computers due to power outages. ❄️🌨️☃️
Thank You to all who donated to our first annual Coat Drive benefitting Genesis Women’s Shelter!! Y’all ROCK with your amazing donations of coats, boots, gloves, hats and 💰!!
