Covid 19 update on services:
We are happy to announce we are now able to lift some of the restrictions. We now have limited access for our clients inside the clinic. We are still providing curbside service to anyone at request. You will still need to call upon arrival at the clinic to set up services.
We still have to enforce the CDC and AVMA guidelines on social distancing. Anyone who has been into our clinic and exam rooms understand we have limited space and social distancing is not easy to maintain in a confined space. So with that being said, here are the new protocols.
1. A mask must be worn inside the clinic, if you don't have one, a mask will be provided.
2. Only 1 person per appointment allowed inside the clinic.
3. To maintain social distancing you will be allowed into the exam room for history and post treatment instructions, but we will ask you to wait in an assigned seat in the lobby during the exam and treatment.
4. Anyone picking up medications and food, we will still maintain the curbside service. This will help us maintain social distancing.
We are very excited to start seeing everyone again, but please understand Covid 19 has been an ever changing situation, and regulations and guidelines could change rapidly. Thank you again for everyone's patience and understanding.
We want to give a large thank you to all of our clients during this difficult time. We miss the close interactions and talking with our clients in person. We miss the busy interactions in the waiting room and the exam rooms.
There does appear to be light at the end of the tunnel. Hopefully. with the stay at home order being slowly lifted we can all begin to return to normalcy.
At this time we will continue to follow the AVMA guidelines on social distancing and limiting access to the clinic. We are hopeful this will change in the near future.

1. NO PUBLIC ACCESS TO THE CLINIC
2. Call (316)775-7061 if you have an animal to be seen when you arrive at the clinic. (PLEASE WAIT IN YOUR CAR)
3. A staff member will come out to your vehicle to bring your pet in for an exam and treatment. (NO public access inside the clinic)
4. Call (316)775-7061 to pick up food or medication when you have arrived. A staff member will provide curbside service and payment.
