Manager
Robert Urland has been with the property since 2005, serving as Director of Food and Beverage before being promoted to Assistant General Manager in 2008. As General Manager, he oversees all Eldorado Shreveport operations, including gaming, food and beverage, player development, human resources, entertainment and facilities.
