We are now in phase 2 of the construction process of our new clubhouse and hope to have this project completed this winter!
Some of the upgrades will include the completion of a brand-new lounge with high end marble finishes on the fireplace and LED lighting throughout. We will be replacing all furniture to give the clubhouse a high-end modern elite feel. Included in this upgrade is a newly enlarged fitness center which received new flooring, paint, and brand-new equipment. Lastly, we are working on completing the new business center in the clubhouse. This area will feature built in desk and mac books for resident’s use.
We look forward to presenting the completion of this new clubhouse. Thank you all for your continued patience and support during these renovations. We can’t wait for you all to enjoy these amenities!
