To All Aurora Health Services Clients,
As we continue to monitor the evolving COVID–19 pandemic and as an additional precaution, Effective Monday March 16, 2020, Aurora Health Services will be providing Virtual TeleHealth to ALL clients and no sessions will be held in the offices. Aurora Therapist will host HIPAA compliant virtual sessions for the duration of this month to ensure the health and safety of our Clients and Therapists, with further updates released by your personal therapists. These sessions are covered by all major commercial insurance companies, but we do ask if you are unsure of your benefits, please contact you health insurance provider for more information. We will provide further updates during the coming weeks with more details on the plans for and resumption of in-office therapy/ counseling. To participate in Telehealth appointments from your home, you need one of the following devices:
1. Desktop computer with a webcam and speakers
2. Laptop computer with built-in webcam and speakers
3. Tablet device with built-in webcam and speakers
4. Smartphone (Note: To use a smartphone, you must first download Telehealth by SimplePractice - available for iOS or Android in the app store)
