Being a insulin dependent diabetic, older then dirt, and having only 3/4 of a lung places me on the virus-19 "high risk" list and I was very concerned going in for my cleaning!!! I was totally impressed with the safety procedures, from waiting in your car, proper mask wearing by the entire staff, to individualized air purification systems in each treatment room. I could not have asked for a more professional and safe environment!!!! Thank You!!!

When I was 5 years old I had an awful experience with a pediatric dentist and been terrified of going to the dentist, so much so that I skipped years and years, had to do conscious sedation for dental work and dreaded each and every appointment. I can honestly say, that if I had had a Dentist like Dr. Austin or Dr. Reid when I was growing up, I would not have these phobia's now. They are both kind, considerate, gentle and involve me in discussions regarding my care. The office staff is also kind and caring. They even made a crown for me, right in the office! I was so impressed and so grateful I didn't have to spend days going from the office to the dental lab, and back and forth as I had previously. If you need dental work, I highly recommend these professionals. They are Awesome, and you won't regret it.

Over the holidays my lower plate broke in half. I called the office and left a message with the emergency services. Dr. Reed got back with me in a short time I told him the problem. He made some calls and got it set up for me to get it fixed that day. Took it to the lab and they had it done the same day. Thank you Dr. Reed
