Unlike many lenders, we take a very personalized approach to our lending decisions. We do NOT use computer scoring to review your application. We look at each transaction and the borrower as a unique individual. In fact, our Senior Vice President of Lending, Mr. Bob Chiang personally reviews each and every loan application, and prides himself on trying to approve as many applicants as he can. Bob Chiang will often assist and consult borrowers on how they can use their existing assets to access the optimum amount of loan funds for their personal situation. Recently, Bob Chiang remarked, Im always surprised how many of our customers have excellent assets just sitting in their garages. Cars, Motorhomes, Motorcycles, Jet Skis, and Trailers. Finally, our company allows our customers to pick the rate of interest they will pay using our Pick Your Rate program. Our interest rates vary depending on the amount of money a customer wishes to borrow. If a client wants to be conservative and borrow a smaller amount of money based on a low percentage Loan to Value (LTV), we will reward this customer with our lowest and best rate. On the other hand, if a customer wants to borrow a larger percentage of their equity, based on a higher LTV, the rate naturally will be higher.
