First time here and had a great experience! Beth was great at explaining all that needed to be done. Wanted to meet Bill the owner as well, because of only heard good things about him and his service on imports! Great job gang, much appreciate your quick service to install a new backup camera and fitting in a request for a last minute oil change!

*This BMW N52 Engine required disassembly in order to determine the extent of internal engine damage. The second picture shows extreme metal wear on the camshaft. Proper oil/oil service maintenance is critical for these engines.

*This BMW 550xi came to us with a starting issue, however, upon inspection, we found that in addition to our customers primary complaint- the Drive Shaft has a failing flex joint as well. Our inspections are very thorough, as we take your safety very seriously.

*This Audi A6 came to us with a red brake indicator on. Inspection found that the brake materials still had sufficient life left, but there was corroded wiring in the harness. We were able to show the customer their problem with a photograph and repair the wiring while it was still in the shop.

*This Mercedes came to us with a no start condition during cold weather. After analyzing data from multiple systems, we suspected that there may be a fuel quality issue. We measured the specific gravity from a fuel sample and ultimately proved that the vehicle had "bad gas".

* Let's talk about Timing Chains. These are the components in a Timing Chain Kit for a N14 Mini Cooper. Timing chains are lubricated by your engine oil. It is imperative to maintain regular service intervals and use proper oil for dependability. Failing to do so, can cause the chain to stretch and ultimately fail.

Got the vehicle back in for repair without issue. ***Service was fine and easy. But had a wheel bearing replaced about one year ago and its already in need of replacement again. Frustrating..."

* This BMW came to us with a persistent low coolant light. Customer had verified fluid level and replaced the Coolant Level Sensor himself with 3 aftermarket sensors. We found that all of his sensors were outputting incorrect voltage. We replace the sensor with a genuine BMW part and were able to get a proper coolant level reading. Sometimes genuine BMW parts, while a bit more expensive, really are the best for the vehicle.

What we're up to Wednesday!
* This Volkswagen came to us with a no start condition and a blowing fuse for the fuel pump. After referencing circuit wiring diagrams, we accessed the fuel pump control module and found corrosion on the circuit board. The Module was shorted internally due to water intrusion. After replacing the fuel pump control module, we were able to test the fuel pump amperage and verify proper starting.
