Ayla graduated Magna Cum Laude from Methodist University in North Carolina with a BA double major in Organizational Communication and Leadership as well as Spanish. She focused on negotiation skills and completed Stephen Covey's "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" Workshop. Ayla attended University of Lima in Peru, South America, where she is a candidate for a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Television, and Organizational Communication. Ayla later received a Paralegal Studies certification from Duke University concentrating in Real Estate Law.
Ayla understands firsthand the challenges of relocation and the needs of military buyers and sellers. Having obtained the Military Relocation Professional Certification, allowed her to round out her skills and knowledge of the process and procedures involved in a military relocation and how these impact service members' relocation and housing choices. A mother of three children, a rescue dog and cat; her family means the world to her.
