You Must know how to use Take Off and estimating softwares.
Must have experience.
Must know how to read and fully understand digital and paper blueprints.
Ability to deliver well executed bids in a timely manner.
Must have driver's license.
Must have your own transportation to assist walkthroughs.
Know how to communicate with clients.
