He received another glowing review from Marie that we just have to share. 🌟 "I want to let you know about the exemplary customer service experience I had a few weeks ago from Greg. He arrived at the appointed time and was friendly and warm. When we attempted to go in the home (which I own, but was rented at the time) there were two dogs present and the renters were out. He worked with me in a collaborative and fun-spirited manner to get the dogs both outside in the backyard. This required quite a bit, me going inside to lure the dogs out and then him sort of calling to them from outside the gate so that they entered the backyard; then, of course, we had to do the same to get them back in at the end. The plumbing issue was quickly resolved. The part I was most impressed with was his patience and evenness. This could have been a frustrating situation, but he was ready to help (in a way that maintained his safety) and collaborative. I was and am really appreciative. I want you to know that because of his demeanor, I will definitely call B&B next time I have a need for plumbing or heating services." Our annual company picnic looked a little different this year! Instead of our usual gathering, we hosted a drive through picnic. Employees from Bonacio Construction, West Side Management, B&B Plumbing and Heating, and Julie & Co. Realty all drove up to our pickup station where their managers safely delivered them a preselected meal from either Cantina, Augie’s, Dizzy Chicken, or 9 Miles East. We have been patiently waiting to release the photos of the completed renovation of Saratoga's Bread Basket Bakery, and here they are! This job was completed by NLH Property Management in less than four weeks. From design, demolition, painting, upgrades, installations, woodworking and more! We are proud of our team and being able to pull this work off within the owners' timeline. A big shout out to the vendors that assisted us in making this happen! Ed & Lisa Mitzen purchased the bakery and approached NLH to complete a refresh for the bakery. All the proceeds from their delicious menu will be donated to local charities.
