"The crew worked very hard! I never saw them standing around doing nothing. They all 4 seemed to know their job.
This kind of work is not easy. The foreman, Roy, was very knowledgeable and was willing to answer my questions in a kind way. I can’t say enough nice things about him. He had the other 3 guys doing what was needed to be done without talking to them in a harsh way. They all seemed to get along and work well together! It had rained hard several nights that week which made the yard very wet. They were careful to not drive the big truck down to the basement door because they didn’t want to make tracks in my yard. I very much appreciated that. That was an example of them thinking about the client. I want to mention that Carolyn, in the office, was very nice when I talked to her numerous times. She was able to answer my questions and satisfy my concerns. The system is working and I’m sure it will continue to do so! Thanks to all "
