We are still open for business as the automotive repair industry is considered essential for the time being in this state. In order to best protect our customers and employees, we have designed a process that will allow us to cease face to face interaction and limit what we hand back and forth. Keys and cars can be sanitized, however cash money and checks cannot. In that case our changes are as follows:
• We are no longer taking waiting appointments
• The only form of payment we will be accepting will be a credit/debit card over the phone
• The office/shop doors will be locked at all times, all key drop offs will be done through the drop box
• Keys and Paperwork pickup will be discussed over the phone or email
All customer interaction will be done by phone (570- 473-3450), emailing us at bandrautomotivellc@gmail.com or messaging us on Facebook. Smoke signals may be unreliable at this time given the person that you will be talking to is no longer located in Norry. We appreciate your patience and will update everyone as soon as things can go back to normal.

We are currently having phone issues. We have had reports from several customers that they are unable to get through to us and just get voicemail, and today it is saying the line is not in service. Jeff is in the process of getting that all figured out and the phone should be back up and running in the next few hours! Sorry for any inconvenience!!

We will be open Monday and Tuesday of this week by appointment only. We will be closed for the holiday Wednesday-Friday and will re-open next Monday, 11/30.
