Attorney Sean R. List, has filed a lawsuit against Portsmouth Regional Hospital on behalf of a nursing clinical coordinator who was fired for complaining about the systematic under-staffing of the Emergency Department, which impacted patient safety. The lawsuit also seeks recovery for a malicious complaint filed by the Hospital with the Board of Nursing against the Plaintiff, which was unfounded and dismissed.
