Were you forced to postpone a vacation this past summer? Have you felt the effects of not having time off from work?
Living life As I walk through this life, I know things or events do not go the way I plan for them to go. In my time of helping people, I have experienced wrongs that have happened. The big failures are business partners stealing money, the doubters not believing that I can accomplish certain things, haters doing their hating, and things not going the way they should. My purpose is to help others be. Not be famous or recognized by others. Not to have power and rule over others. Not to be great and receive rewards. I just want to be a simple man and live a life worth living. Over the last 20-years of helping people and watching them suffer it is a lot to carry in this present moment. To live in the present is in it and experience the emotions. As this quote states, it is more about patience and being in the experience. As I look around today. Life will not be like it was. This will be and I am open to this experience (acceptance). Live our life and see what happens.
Sometimes maintaining proper mental health, means maintaining proper mental hygiene. Check out this interesting report. https://bit.ly/3evvXdH
