Here are pictures from the second property. You can see pictures of the bottom of some of the trim boards that had never been primed or painted... not good. That allows the bottom of the boards to dry rot...
Adam and I were working on dry rotted on wood on 2 properties last week.
Adam and I replaced an old plastic refrigerator line that was not hooked up with a new 1/4" copper line.
Repairs that we have done for clients.
I also did a repair on a laminate floor transition strip. Had to scrape and vacuum it. Then I cleaned it with denatured alcohol and glued it with a new product that is supposed to be great, called Quad clear max.
Today I helped replace an air Conditioning fan control board at a clients rental home in Citrus Heights.
