A year after losing Isabel, parents Cristina and Rafael Ramirez were joined by family to honor her memory at the unveiling of ‘Nova Dia’ and her memorial plaque. In attendance were also Dr. Jason Noah James and the Ramirez family’s children – Mason, and their newest addition, 9-week-old Noah James. Noah is named after Dr. James who delivered Isabel and to whom the family is extremely grateful.
