Bob Barber, a Sandler Certified Instructor, has worked with hundreds of business owners and thousands of salespeople to improve their professional and personal lives. While sales management, sales coaching and leadership training are the staples of this business, his true passion lies in making the techniques stick by changing clients' outlook and perception of themselves, their companies and their marketplace. This can be accomplished with a variety of tools from training, coaching, and assessments to name a few. Bob offers group and private in-house training at the Springfield, Illinois training center, as well as virtual training options for those located throughout Illinois.
Bob has a BA in Economics and Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He’s been with Sandler Training since 2000.
