For years Barnett & Associates Insurance and Financial Services has been an agency of choice in the community as California insurance specialists. Louis first established the LA insurance agency after being endorsed by the Los Angeles County Deputy Sheriffs (ALADS) in 1981 as Broker/Agent providing insurance services for their Deputy Sheriff membership. In 1985, he expanded the agency operations and relocated to the fresh air and sunshine of the beautiful South Bay area.
