Bates Mechanical Inc. was founded in 1968 by Bill Bates in Spencer, IN. After more than 40 years, Bates Mechanical Inc. has become a three-generation, family owned and operated business now serving Monroe, Owen, Brown, and Greene counties, as well as Bedford and Martinsville. We are the areas only Factory Authorized Bryant Dealer.
