We are reaching out to let you know that, since we are still considered an essential service, we will remain open and operational during normal business hours.
We want to thank you for your continued patronage as we would not be able to do this without you. To give you an update on how we are running our business during these challenging times, we are taking extra measures to keep our waiting area clean and safe for those customers who want to wait while their vehicles are being serviced. We are sanitizing our countertops, door handles, chairs, credit card machine, pens, phones, desks, and magazines with antibacterial/antiviral spray throughout the day. Our staff has been instructed to stay home if they present any symptoms related to this virus even if they think it's just a cold or allergies.
We understand these are challenging times for everyone, so we are adapting our business to better serve you and to keep a safe environment in standing with the latest CDC requirements. We are implementing these strategies to serve you while still keeping social-distancing guidelines mandated by our government:
1. We are offering pick up and drop off services for those who aren’t able to wait in our lobby. Please give us a call to schedule an appointment.
2. For additional peace of mind, we are requiring all of our technicians to wear gloves while working on vehicles and to wipe down steering wheels, keys and door handles with sanitizing wipes.
