Attorney Birk Baumgarter of Baumgartner Law graduated Cum Laude from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, and has been a litigator ever since. He is the fourth attorney in his family, but unlike other family members, he declined a job at a big law firm. Instead, he decided to dedicate his practice to a limited number of cases, with focused and individualized care and the freedom to take only those cases that he believes are just.
