Position – Service Manager
Qualifications
• Ability to work in a positive team atmosphere and always represent Bayside Comfort in a professional manner
• Work 40+ hours a week
• Strong computer skills [word, excel, etc.]
• Strong organizational skills
• Effective communication skills
• Self-motivated
• The ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changes, delays, or unexpected events
Primary Duties
• Oversee all things Service Department related with a focus on increasing efficiency and profitability
• Monitor daily service and maintenance schedules along with dispatchers
• Maintain service inventory and stock
• Review service invoices for accuracy and tracking
• Quote repairs to customers as needed
• Order parts
• Provide technical support as needed for field staff
• Provide accurate time sheets of technicians to office manager for payroll
Secondary Duties
• Assist with phones and other office duties as required
