During these challenging times, BCCI continuously strives to give back to the community. Every two seconds, someone in the U. S. needs blood, but for the past four years, new Red Cross blood donors have declined by about 80,000 each year.
BCCI employees are donating their blood in support of the American Red Cross to collect 15,000 blood donations every day for patients across the country.
#BCCISleevesUp2020 runs through the end of September so there's still time to pledge to give blood! We can all come together and help ensure patients receive lifesaving blood.

BCCI is proud to support Family Giving Tree’s annual Back-to-School Drive by providing 31 students with backpacks filled with school supplies.
Even though the upcoming school year may look a little different for students, the backpacks will provide a sense of control, security, and normalcy during a period of distant learning.
The purpose of the drive is to equip low-income Bay Area students with a backpack filled with the supplies they need to succeed for the new school year. If you are interested in helping out a student in need, please visit: https://familygivingtree.org/back-to-school
To demonstrate our support for YWCA Silicon Valley's important work and commitment to ending domestic violence, BCCI team members participated in the virtual "Walk a Mile in Her Shoes", a lighthearted event to raise awareness about a serious issue. #YWalk2020
Congratulations to our South Bay team who just achieved a ZERO PUNCH LIST on a 72k sf headquarters build-out for a software company in San Jose!
To celebrate our return to work and our commitment to our communities, BCCI's Committee Builders team launched a food campaign. We recognize that during this pandemic, even more people are struggling with food insecurity. In just two weeks, we have donated over 200 lbs of food and raised over $5,500 to support local nonprofits including South Palo Alto Food Closet, Second Harvest of Silicon Valley, St Mark's Berkeley Hot Meals for the Hungry, St. Ignatius Parish Neighbor to Neighbor, Pacifica Resource Center, San Francisco-Marin Food Bank, The Richmond Neighborhood Center, St. Dominic's Catholic Church, San Francisco, Chinatown Community Development Center, Shanti Project, and St. Agnes Church Community Outreach.
