The justice system has become a disgrace in 2020.
When courts are setting bail that does not match the charge and gives criminals no incentive to come back to court, something is wrong.
I received another bond call this morning for a $1,000 bond on two Felony Charges, the bond does not match the charge. Most Bail Bond companies will not be willing to take on the risk for such a small monetary compensation for the services, which will intern make it hard for them to get out of jail. Also, Bail Reform will be the killer for defendants needing help in the future.
How things have changed, it is not about protecting the innocence and communities anymore, it is about helping and encouraging criminal activities.
People need to research Bail Reform in the US and realize how it will hurt communities, taxpayers, defendants, and families.

Folks need to familiarize themselves with Bail Reform. If this happens you will lose your rights to Bail and have no choice when it comes to your freedom. Taxes will increase and crime will go up. No more payment plans, you will be on pre-trial release during your case, (same as probation but before your case is even heard by the court, so punished before due process) you will also have to pay for the pre-trial service along with still having to pay for bail through the court in most cases, and pay for a weekly drug test, and increased fines and cost. This will be a revolving door policy that will not work, we already know that the local courts and jails can't keep up with what they have now. This is an attempt for another unsuccessful and useless government program. So please spread the word and let these politicians know that Bail Reform is not a good idea and not for you. Please share.
