One of the drawbacks of baking traditional boiled and baked NY style bagels is that it is very labor intensive process, requiring a great deal of time to bake our bagels every morning. For us it is a labor a love, but it appears that TS Isaias will be passing by when our bakers come in the wee hours of the morning. To keep them and all of our employees safe, we will be closed Tuesday August 4th. Stay safe Y'all!
