Tom Beach has been practicing law for approximately 25 years. He currently focuses his practice on Bankruptcy and Business and Commercial Law, including contracts, as well as Corporate matters. He has degrees in accounting and finance and worked for the Federal Internal Revenue Service for a number of years. Following his time at IRS he worked in certified public accountancy for 10 years. He decided to attend law school and became a lawyer practicing in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Because of his strong background in accounting and taxes, bankruptcy was a natural area for him to concentrate his efforts. Over the years, he has filed more than 1,000 consumer bankruptcies and has helped many individuals and firms better manage their financial affairs. Many of his clients were able to save their homes and get a new start, free from creditor harassment. His corporate practice has also prospered and he has provided assistance to a variety of clients she needed help and/or guidance in setting up various kinds of entities, including but not limited to: Sus-S Corporations, LLC's, general and limited partnerships and joint ventures. He is very experienced with commercial leases, buy-sell agreements, shareholder and dissolution agreements, contracts for manufacturer representatives and general corporate and commercial matters. He has taught accounting and commercial law at a number of colleges and universities. He has been an advisor to a number of medical entities including labs and group-practices. He stays current in family law practice and this constitutes approximately 25% of his practice. His primary office is in Kennett Square, PA and he also has a business location in Malvern, PA.
