Beacon Medical Group LaPorte, located at 900 I Street, will begin in-car COVID-19 screening beginning Monday, April 20. Patients will need to have a doctor’s order faxed to BMG LaPorte before being screened. The hours of the screening will be 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (CST) Monday through Friday.
Patients who have a doctor’s order for a screening should pull into the Beacon Medical Group LaPorte parking lot off of 10th Street, remain in their cars and call 219.324.1615.
Ordering provider offices will contact their patients with the test results.

For our Beacon Medical Group LaPorte patients: Due to a mock emergency drill at LaPorte High School on Monday, March 18, from 7 a.m. to noon, some roadways around the clinic will be closed. The La Porte Police Department advises patients to travel to the clinic that morning from the south on I Street or to enter the parking lot from the east or west off of 10th Street.
