To Our Valued Patients:
In accordance with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), American Dental Association (ADA) and Washington State Dental Association (WSDA), we must suspend all elective dental procedures as of March 18, 2020.
We know this is a sudden mandate, but not unexpected, considering the rapid spread of the COVID-19 virus.
Over the next several days, we will work to reschedule elective procedures and make this interruption as smooth as possible. Please realize that all dental offices in the state are also scrambling to comply with this official policy.
We will, however, be available to evaluate and treat non-elective or emergency dental patients. Many are already scheduled and we will continue as planned. As in the past, patients with emergency concerns can call the office number 425-438-2400 at any time. If no one is there to answer the phone, an alternate emergency number is listed on voicemail.
Until this policy is lifted, our office hours will be compacted – Monday through Thursday 9AM to 1PM.
Our receptionists will help guide you through determining if your upcoming dental appointment qualifies as elective versus non-elective
Everyone, please be safe out there, and let’s all get through this together.
