Hello everyone. We know for all of you on our list, this is very frustrating. We are doing everything in our power, both the phone staff & the field staff, to navigate through this chaos as fast & as safe as possible. Our abilities are limited as there are only a few people that answer the phones & 3 plumbers in the field at this time. We have every intention on helping as many people as possible, however we understand a lot of you are in desperate need of water & we just can't physically get to everyone in a timely manner. We hate losing customers but, we completely understand if you need to seek help elsewhere. If you need to remove yourself from the list, please let us know.
