Water intake is so important! We get a lot water from the foods we eat but it's still very important to drink up! Take your weight and divide it by 3 which will equal the number of ounces you need to drink daily. Add 8 ozs for every 30 minutes of exercise and add 2 ozs for every 1 oz of caffeine or alcohol.

Personally I'm using my Clear As Day Milk Cleanser which helps keep my skin clear from breakouts and hydrates my skin because this is a very dry winter here Kansas. I also love this because it contains Vitamin C to protect my skin from environmental stresses.
