Today's smoked dish is half a smoked lemmon pepper chicken with a rice pilaf and zuccine along with a roasted parmesan tomato, a green apple compote and a dipping pineapple pepper sauce or smoked porkbelly with the same side.

We will be serving specials including a catfish and froglegs platter or half smoked chicken plate. Come on out for some excellent food and entertainment. Beaver Lake Bistro would like to invite you to our food pairing to benefit the NWA Food Bank on October 18th 5pm-8pm. Doors open at 4pm for drinks and hors d'oeuerv. Tickets are $50.00 and all proceeds go to the NWA Food Bank. Derek Turner (Owner) is teaming up with Erin Rowe chef-turned-author of An Ozark Culinary History and founder of Ozark Culinary Tours along with NWA Food Bank to host this special event. Four dishes will be paired with a drink especially made from our chefs and mixologist along with Rusell Marino who is also creating a dish. Included will be a salmon, chicken, steak and vegetarian lasagna dish. Dress code is business casual or Sunday Dress. Seating is limited so please RSVP by Sunday October 11th by calling 479-372-6554.
