The Bun on the Run 5k was a success! Lots of smiles and hard work, with a taste of competition. With the summer coming quickly to a close, this is an event that was deeply craved by many runners, never getting a chance to compete on a course in real time with other runners for the entire summer/running season. Everyone was very respectful of distancing guidelines and wore masks before and after their race. Staying safe meant we had racers going out every 30 seconds for over an hour!
A big thank you to all the volunteers for helping set up the course and making everything run smoothly, as this was most people's first interval start format race.
